Returns or Cancellation
- No Returns: Sales are final—goods can rarely be returned, with only two exceptions:
• If Dentalsupplycircle made a delivery error.
• If products are proven faulty. - No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Shipping Terms
- Dispatch: Orders sent Monday–Friday after payment.
- Address Responsibility: Customers must provide correct address; fees (ÂŁ18) apply for
returned parcels or redelivery.
- Collection: If order is not collected within 4 working days, extra charges (ÂŁ15) apply.
- Communication: Provide correct email and mobile for tracking.
- Delivery Issues: Check tracking, GPS, and photos if parcel is “delivered” but not found; claims
for lost parcels must be made within 4 working days.
