• Customers are responsible for correct delivery addresses—fees apply for returns/redelivery 
due to incorrect addresses. 
8. Acknowledgements 
• Product images/information may be provided by manufacturers and remain their property. 
9. Returns or Cancellation 
• No Returns: Sales are final—goods can rarely be returned, with only two exceptions: 
• If Dental supply circle made a delivery error. 
• If products are proven faulty. 
• No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment. 
• Questions: Contact Dental supply circle directly for order concerns. 
10. Shipping Terms 
• Dispatch: Orders sent Monday–Friday after payment. 
• Address Responsibility: Customers must provide correct address; fees (£18) apply for 
returned parcels or redelivery. 
• Collection: If order is not collected within 4 working days, extra charges (£15) apply. 
• Communication: Provide correct email and mobile for tracking. 
• Delivery Issues: Check tracking, GPS, and photos if parcel is “delivered” but not found; claims 
for lost parcels must be made within 4 working days.
