Returns & Refunds Policy
How can I return an unwanted item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us first: Email us at [email protected] or call us at [your phone number] to request a returns authorization number before sending anything back.

Return conditions: All returned goods must be:

In original, unopened, and unused condition
In saleable condition with all original packaging intact
Suitably packaged for return (items with shipping labels stuck directly on original packaging cannot be accepted)
Products with tamper-proof seals cannot be returned once the seal is broken
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods sent by us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

Standard refund: You will receive a refund of the product cost minus 20% restocking fee and the original delivery charge.

Example: If you purchased a £100 item with £5 delivery:

Refund amount: £100 - £20 (restocking fee) - £5 (delivery charge) = £75
Faulty or damaged goods: If you receive damaged or faulty products, we will provide a full refund including all delivery charges, provided you can supply:

Clear photos/video evidence of the damage
An unboxing video (strongly recommended for high-value items)
Please note: Without photographic evidence or an unboxing video, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for claims of damaged or faulty goods.

Items that cannot be returned
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items are non-returnable:

All PPE products (masks, gloves, visors, etc.)
Dental filling material and Dental GIC (see below for exceptions)
Items with broken tamper-proof seals
Opened or used products
Items without original packaging
Can I return Dental products?
In compliance with MHRA regulations, Dental products can only be returned in the following circumstances:

Delivery or ordering errors - Must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery and returned within 5 calendar days of receipt
Product or batch recalls - As directed by manufacturer or regulatory authorities
Faulty products - Where products or packages are genuinely defective
Return timeframe
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (except Dental filling material, which have the specific timeframes listed above).

Processing time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving your returned item and completing inspection.

Package items securely in suitable outer packaging
